“Fully fitted” should mean the whole job, but companies may include different things. Always compare each written quote line by line.
Design and products
The plan should show the agreed layout and main products. This includes the toilet, basin, storage, shower, taps, walls, floor, lights, mirror and extractor fan. The quote should make the product choices clear.

Preparation and trades
A full renovation often includes removing the old bathroom, taking away waste, plumbing, woodwork, wiring, wall repairs and fitting. Some rooms also need floor repairs or a better extractor fan. Ask who will organise each stage.
- Protection and removal of the old bathroom
- Plumbing and drainage
- Joinery and surface preparation
- Certified electrical work where required
- Installation, sealing and final checks
Final checks and anything not included
The quote should clearly say what is not included. Ask about painting, waste removal, hidden repairs and product guarantees. A clear written list helps prevent problems later.
Every room is different. A measured home appointment is the best way to turn general advice into a design and quote for your room.
